How to handle call routing

You can create call routings for both incoming and outgoing calls on a user level both in the Admin portal as an administrator and in the desktop app on a user level.

Follow the steps below to create and make changes on Call routings in the Admin portal:

  1. Go to Users.
  2. Select the user you wish to make changes on.
  3. Click on Call routing.
  4. Choose if you like to add an Incoming or Outgoing call routing. 

Under Call routing for incoming calls you can, for example, choose between blocking a specific number or all numbers for incoming calls on a specific profile.


Under Call routing for outgoing calls, you can for example choose to add a blocker for Grey-listed destinations or All international calls.


  1. To make an exception on an existing call routing, click on the pen > exception
  2. To delete a Call routing, click on the trash can icon.
