Voicemail settings
In the Voicemail section, you can select the sound that plays when you are busy or unable to answer a call. You can also create and manage your own recordings and adjust other voicemail settings to suit your needs.
- Start by log in to the Web or Desktop app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Then choose Voicemail.

General voicemail settings
Require login
If you press Require login you can set it so that you need to enter a code to access your voicemails. Under the same tab, you will also find your existing code.
Notification
Choose how you want to receive notifications when receiving voicemails. 
Voicemail options
You also have the ability to add more options that are played when someone ends up in your voicemail. Click on Voicemail options at the bottom of the list and below you will find options to add.
Playback message
Choose which sound should be played If busy and If unanswered call. All your created sounds will be shown in the list.

My sounds
To Create new sound:
- Click on My sounds.
- Then Create a new sound.
- There are three alternatives on how to create new sounds.
- Upload new sound.
- Text to speech.
- Call my landline and record the audio.
- Always give your sound a Titel and a Description so you can separate them depending on your needs.
Upload new sound
Upload the sound via your computer (We support the most common audio formats such as MP3, WAV, WMA, RAW, etc).
- Simply click on Click here to add a sound file.
- Then click on Upload new sound.
Text to speech
Converts written text into a voice file, making it easier for customers to create new voicemail sounds and PBX messages for the IVR.
- Select Text to speech.
- Write your Text script (the message/sound you want the customer to hear).
- Select a Language.
- Choose your tone of Voice.
- Then click on Generate sound.
- When the sound is generated click on the play symbol to listen to it.
- Then click on Upload new sound.
Call my landline and record the audio
The system will call you and you will then receive instructions on how to record the sound. When you have ended the call, the sound will be added to the list under My sounds. (If you have a mobile license you also get the alternative "Call my mobile and record the audio").

To reach your Voice Mailbox from your extension call 133. If you wish to reach your Voice Mailbox from a different extension call 0770339922. From outside of Sweden call +46770339922.
Good to know
The storage capacity for voicemail is 100, so you can have 100 voicemails in your voicemail box and they are automatically deleted after 60 days, which is the standard period.
Contact our support to adjust this period to be shorter if needed.
