Work Hours

If you have our Google or Microsoft integration added as a feature, you can schedule your working hours to your Google or Microsoft calendar, but if you do not have one or do not want to use it, you can schedule your working hours through the application.

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. And then Work hours.

List view
Here you can set your working hours and profiles Available and Left for the day to be activated day by day from Monday to Friday, separately for each day.

You can add other events from Settings > Work Hours > Other events, and select how they are scheduled to be active.

Graphical View
This is a calendar overview for the schedules events. You can also add more events to it and edit them by clicking on a specific event or a free space in the calendar. You can also drag and drop profiles to the calendar below it.

By clicking Remove, you will remove all the events in the calendar.

Google or Microsoft Calendar integration

If you are using the Google or Microsoft Calendar integration, working hours cannot be set through the Work Hours section, as the Desktop app can only read one calendar source at a time.

A disclaimer has been added to the Work hours page in the Web and Desktop app: “Profile scheduling is managed via an external calendar.” for better clarification.

  • The message is purely informational - no action is needed.
  • It appears in both list and graphical schedule views, so it's visible regardless of which view the user prefers.
  • When the schedule is editable in the apps, no message is shown nothing changes for users who aren't using an external integration.
