In the Telavox app, under Settings > Voicemail, you can choose which sound will play when you’re busy or unable to answer a call. You can also go to Settings > Notifications to change how you want to be notified - for example, via email, SMS, or why not both?
To record a new greeting, go to My Sounds > Upload a new sound, or call your voicemail at 133 and then press 9.
By enabling Require Login, you can set it so that a code is needed to access your voicemail messages. Under the same tab, you’ll also find your current code.
To listen to your voicemail from your extension, dial 133.
If you want to check your voicemail from another phone, call 0770 33 99 22.
From abroad, call +46 770 33 99 22.
To upload a new sound, you can either upload the file directly from your computer or choose one of the other two options: Call my landline phone and record a sound or Call my mobile and record a sound. When you select one of these options, Telavox will call you and provide instructions on how to record the sound. Once the call ends, the recording will automatically appear in your My Sounds list.
You also have the option to add more actions that can be played when someone reaches your voicemail. Tap Playback options at the bottom of the list, and you’ll find the following options you can add:
Press 1 to leave a message
The caller who reaches your voicemail will have the option to press 1 to leave a message in your voicemail box.
Press 2 to stay on the line
If the caller reaches you while you’re busy, they can choose to wait until you’re available by pressing 2.
Press 3 for automatic callback when available
Both you and the caller will automatically be connected once your ongoing call has ended.
Press 9 to be connected to an operator
You can specify a phone number that the caller will be transferred to by pressing 9. This number can be any number you choose — it doesn’t have to be within your organization.
