In Settings > Mobile you can see what surf package you have, and check on your current and previous consumption. You can see your mobile data usage for this month. In addition, you can see your roaming data usage for over the last 30 days as well as over the last 12 months shown in a graph.
Under SIM card you can see your PIN and PUK codes (Note: If you have changed your PIN code, it is not updated in the application), as well as block your SIM card.
Note: This functionality is not available in the mobile app.
What happens if you reached your mobile data limit
If your administrators have allowed it, you can buy 1 GB at a time for extra surfing. You can easily do this by going to Settings > Mobile data, then clicking on Buy extra data. If this option is not available to you, contact your administrator, who can buy data for you or add the option to buy more data.
Telavox alerts you via SMS when your account reaches 80% of its data package, and limits the speed once 100% has been reached. In case of significant consumption exceeding the surf quota, data is blocked, and you are notified via SMS.
If you wish to upgrade your surf package, you can contact your administrator at the company so they can increase it.
