Within the EU / EEA

In the EU / EEA, you have the same cost as you would have in the Nordics (excl. Iceland) when you surf, call, text and send text messages. Contact your Advisor for more information.

EU / EEA Countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus *, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Saint Martin (French), San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

* Make sure you are connected to a Cypriot operator and not a Turkish one. You will be charged if you are connected to a Turkish operator and are using surf or calling. This is because Turkey is not a member of the EU / EEA.

Outside the EU / EEA

When you use your phone for mobile surfing abroad, an automatic lock turns on when you have spent 50 € (excluding VAT). You automatically receive a text message notifying you at 80% consumption and 95% consumption. If you wish to remove this lock, you can ask an administrator at your company.
