In Hunt Group & Channel Login you can see which Hunt Groups you have the right to log into and which Profiles you want these Queues to be active on.
Manage your Queue Settings
Manage your settings for when you are available to receive calls in the Queue, based on Profile .
To manage when you’re available to take calls from a Queue
- Go to Settings > Hunt group & Channel login
- Toggle on Edit by profile
- Click on the Queue name
- Switch the toggle on for additional profiles
- Choose the Profiles for when you are available for this particular Queue
- Activate each profile by switching the toggle on
