Two-Factor Authentication

As valued Partners, the security and success of your business are our top priority. We are enhancing the protection of our BSS platform to proactively safeguard your operations and customer data against unauthorized access.

To ensure the highest level of security and eliminate the risk of fraud that we've recently seen in the market, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be a default setting for all existing and new Partner BSS users.

This simple step is the most powerful and effective action we can take together to keep your business secure.

What is Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-Factor Authentication is a security process that requires two different methods of identity verification before granting you access to an account.

Factor 1: Something you know (your password).

Factor 2: Something you have (a unique, time-sensitive code generated on your personal device/phone).

This makes your account significantly harder for unauthorized users to access, even if they know your password.

Why is Two-Factor Authentication required?

Enabling is a critical security measure designed to protect your account and sensitive customer data within the Telavox Partner CRM. By adding a second layer of defense, we ensure that only authorized individuals can access the system, meeting industry standards for data security.

Installation guide

To get started with the mandatory 2FA activation on your account:

  9. Click Verify and Complete Setup and your 2FA is now active.
  10. Go back to Partner and enter your standard login credentials (username and password).
  11. Open the Two-Factor Authentication app on your mobile device to view the new 6-digit code.
  12. Tick the box next to "Remember this device for 30 days" if you wish to skip the 2FA code requirement for the next 30 days on this specific computer.
  13. Now you are logged in and the set up is complete.
