If you have a terminal assigned to you, the BLF from the BLF group will automatically be pushed to the device once every hour.

If the group needs to be shown immediately, you need to reboot the device and then the BLF group should be visible right away.

We have three different types of BLF:

  1. BLF (speed dial to your colleague using Telavox and see their presence: green, red or flashing red).
  2. Speed dial (speed dial to an external number).
  3. Profile (changes the user’s Telavox profile).
If you want to create a speed dial to an external number, the number should be added as a contact in your private or shared contacts.

Expansion Module

If you have an expansion module for your Terminal, it is possible to add spaces to it so that the texts match the buttons in the expansion module. In the Admin portal, you simply go to Users > Groups > Manage groups > Select your terminal's group Select BLF - profiles. There you just need to add spaces until the texts are aligning with the buttons on the expansion module.  Do not forget to click Save after making changes.
