How do I launch the Telavox Flow app?
- Go to Google play and click on INSTALL

- Log in using the same details that you use for home.telavox.se
How do I make calls with the Telavox app?
In order to call a colleague or a contact in the app's address book, the search box can be used to find the desired contact. Make a call by pressing on the colleague. It is also possible to call by entering the number in the search box and selecting Call number.
Each time you make a call, the app will ask which call method is to be used. If you do not want this question to appear, it is possible to set a specific call method that is then always used when a call is made via the app. Press the cog wheel icon at the bottom right and select Call method. Further information about the the different call methods is available in the section entitled What do the different call methods mean?.
What do the different call methods mean?
The various call methods have different uses, depending on the type of user . If you have Telavox as your mobile phone service provider, you can benefit from the call methods when you are abroad. Within Sweden, you don't need to think about the chosen call method, thanks to the complete mobile integration with the PBX.
If you have a different mobile operator than Telavox, the choice of call method is crucial for determining whether or not the call goes through the PBX system. All the methods except for Call directly result in the call being handled by the PBX, in order, for example, to ensure correct number display.
Call directly – same result as calling from the telephone's own address book.
Call via PBX – the mobile calls the PBX system, which in turn calls the number that has been selected.
Call me – the app calls the PBX system, which calls your mobile phone. When this call is answered, the PBX calls the selected number. This option requires an Internet connection in its initial phase. However, the data usage is minimal.
VoIP – the call is made via the internet. This option requires a stable Internet connection. If you are abroad and have access to WiFi, this is a very cheap option as the cost of the call is then the same as it would be if you were in Sweden.
How do I forward an incoming call?
During an incoming call you open the app and tap on a colleagues name i the list. Now you have two options, Announced transfer and Direct transfer.
If you select Notify, you will be given the chance to talk with your colleague first, while on-hold music is played to the caller. To complete the transfer, select Execute. If you want to return to the original call, click Cancel.
With Direct transfers, the incoming caller is connected to your colleague, who will not be aware that the caller has been connected via you, and you will then become available for calls again.
How do I change my profile?
Information about which profile is active at the moment is available right at the top of the screen. Press the currently activated profile in order to view a list of your profiles. If you press directly on the green or grey figure in the left-hand margin, the profile will be activated in accordance with its standard duration. If you instead click to the right of the figure, you are given the option of stating for how long you want the profile to be active; either until further notice or until the stated date and time.
What do the icons in the lower part of the screen do?
This is a view of all of your contacts. In the top you will find your colleagues followed by the company's shared contacts and your own personal contacts.
Displays your call history, both from your fixed phone and your mobile. The list shows you most resent 30 incoming, missed and outgoing calls.
Listen to and erase your messages in the app. If you are an administrator you can also handle shared voice mailboxes.
Chat with your colleagues and create chat groups.
Set your call method, choose if you want your colleagues to be able to see your potion which in that case will be updated via you mobiles built in GPS, and specify if you wish for the app to automatically save contacts that have called you.
What do the different coloured circles next to my colleagues' statuses mean?
A green icon indicates that the person is available for phone calls.
A yellow icon indicates that the person's telephone is currently ringing or that the person is making an outgoing call but that this has not yet been answered.
A red icon means that the person is currently on a call.
A grey circle is displayed when the person has activated a referenced profile and is not able to take a call.
How do I use my conference?
Invite people to your conference
In the list of your PBX-services you have access to your personal conference. By pressing the conference and choosing invite participants you can open a template for easy invitations via e/mail, sms or calendar.
Participate in a Teleconference
All participants have to call +46770339988 and specify the PIN-code to your conference. You can also reach your conference, without specifying you PIN-code, by right-clicking the telephone icon to the right of your conference.
If you press your conference you will see a list of the current participants. If you wish to close the conference for new participants just uncheck open for new participants
Cost for calling the conference
Anyone, no matter where they are in the world can call your conference. For those calling internally, within your company, the call is free of charge. For other participants, calling from Sweden, the cost is equal to that of a local call.
From outside of Sweden the conference can be reached at +46465900099 and the cost is the same as an ordinary call to Sweden from that country. For many contries we also offer local numbers from wich the conference can be reached. This reduces the cost to that of a local call within the country.
What other functions does the Flow app have?
Opening hours – If you are an administrator, you can manage your queue and IVR numbers directly in the app. Find the required PBX number in the list and press the i to the right of the PBX number. Information about the PBX number's active mode now appears at the top of the screen and it is possible to activate other PBX modes by simply clicking.
Switch – During an ongoing call you can switch the call to your softphone/fixed telephone. This is done by clicking on Switch.
Notification when a colleague becomes avalable – If a colleague is unavailable or busy talking on the phone you can press your colleague and choose to get a notification when the person becomes available. When the person is available you will receive a notification from the app with an offer to call that person.
