How to handle call routing in the desktop app


You can create call routings for both incoming and outgoing calls on a user level in the desktop app 

Follow the steps below to add a call routing or make changes to an already existing one.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Telephony & Audio.
  3. Navigate to Advanced Telephony.
  4. Click on Call routing.

                                   

If you want a specific number to call as a specific profile, you can use Priority numbers.

  1. Under Call routing click on Priority numbers.
  2. Click on "Add priority number".
  3. Add the number you want to prioritise under a specific profile.
  4. Under "Active during" you choose what profile the rule is going to be activated for.
  5. When done, click on "Add priority number".

                                       

In this example, you will get incoming calls from that specific number when you have the profile meeting activated, regardless of the profile's default settings.
