Conference calls – making, inviting and joining

In My services, you find information about your conference call number and PIN code. You can invite participants via email and join your conference directly from the app.

  • If you want to join the conference with video, you simply click the Join button.
  • If you want to join the conference by phone, you can check the conference's number and PIN code when you scroll down the page.
  • You can also invite participants with a pre-filled telephone conference email invitation containing all relevant information about the meeting, including conference numbers and PIN. Email the invite to the participants by clicking the Send as email button.
  • If you have international participants, you can find all the international conference numbers via the link View all international conference numbers.

IVR

IVR shows you the IVRs you have active in your organization. Here you can see the number for them, as well as what opening hours they have.

Queuing systems

Queuing systems allow your organization to distribute incoming calls to different queue members. By selecting a queue name, you can see the details for that queue.

You can log in and out of the queues, see how many calls are in the queue, who is logged in, and who the callers are. In addition, you can see real-time statistics for the queue, such as the current answer ratio.

Live chats

The live chats section shows you the live chats, also known as Telavox widgets, added to your website. Here you can see statistics from it and see who is logged in and what opening hours it has.

Shared extensions

Shared extensions show you the connections you have made for example to your fax system.
