Managing Queue Settings (Web & Desktop)

Note: All users can see this page. To edit these settings requires Administrator permissions.

  1. Log in to your Web or Desktop application.
  2. Navigate to the PBX Services tab.
  3. Select the specific Queue you wish to modify.
  4. Click Settings in the upper right corner.
  5. From here, you can manage key settings directly without needing to switch to the full Admin portal. 

Name

Change the Name of the queue.

Caller experience

Welcome message
Choose how incoming calls should be handled in different PBX modes and choose a Sound.

Waiting sounds
Choose waiting sound when the customers is in queue.

Written messages

Create automatic text greetings that will be sent to customers contacting the queue via WhatsApp.

Other settings

Members
Log in and out members from the queue. Add and remove members. 

Opening hours
Change the queues opening hours

Call strategy
Choose how incoming calls should be distributed to queuing system members.
Statistics
Get a quick overview of how you are handling your customers. Select which two statistics to show in the widget by “starring” them.

Favorite
Mark the queue as your favorit to end up i the top of the list under PBX services.

Tickets
Activate Tickets‍ on the queue.
