Mobile Broadband & eSIM

Good to know, that now we offer mobile broadbands in Sweden as eSIMs! Follow the steps below to do this in the Admin portal:

  1. Go to the tab Users
  2. Click on the tab SIM card and hardware
  3. Select a user with a SIM card
  4. On the right hand side, click on the button below SIM card for data
  5. And then follow the instructions on screen to finish setting up your new eSIM!


As an administrator, you can see your mobile broadbands by logging in to the admin portal, and selecting section Users. Then at the top right you can switch to mobile broadband view.


When you get to the mobile broadband page, you can add a new mobile broadband by pressing New mobile broadband in the upper left corner. When a new mobile broadband has been set up, a SIM card will automatically be sent to your default delivery place or another delivery place if you have multiple. 

Once the mobile broadband is created, you will be able to administer this, as well as existing mobile broadbands on the same page. For example: adjusting the SIM card, amount of surfing, name or looking at an overview of data consumption. 

You can remove a mobile broadband by navigating to the Account settings tab, select a user and choose remove.

Mobile broadband in EU

You can use a Mobile broadband within EU the same way as a mobile licens. The difference is that you cannot make outgoing calls with a Mobile broadband, only use data.
