How to block numbers

You can block numbers in a very simple way through the Telavox desktop app and webapp, just go to Settings > Telephony & Audio > Advanced telephony > Call routing. By selecting either Incoming calls or Outgoing calls, you can see all your existing call routings as well as create new ones. If you need to edit an existing call routing, simply click on the call routing in question and do your preferred edits. To remove a call routing, click on remove redirect after having accessed the specific call routing.

How to block incoming calls

  1. Click on Incoming calls
  2. Click on Add redirected number
  3. Select whether you want to block a specific number, all calls or unknown numbers
    1. If you select to block only a specific number, then you need to fill in the number below the selection
  4. Select an action which should take place when the blocked number calls you
    1. If you choose to forward the calls to another number, then you need to fill in the number the calls should be forwarded to below the selection
  5. If needed, select exceptions to be excluded from your call blocks
  6. Choose when the call blocks should be active
  7. Then save your call blocks by clicking on Add redirected number


How to block outgoing calls

  1. Click on Outgoing calls
  2. Click on Add blocked number
  3. Select whether you want to block a specific number, all calls, all international calls, mobile calls or premium calls
    1. If you select to block only a specific number, then you need to fill in the number below the selection
  4. If needed, select exceptions to be excluded from your call blocks
  5. Choose when the call blocks should be active
  6. Then save your call blocks by clicking on Add redirected number
