Having the Telavox app on your phone is essential for staying connected and making changes on the go. Here's a video to help you get started with the mobile app!

The app can be downloaded via:
App Store (iPhone)
Google Play (Android)

Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO)

In addition to logging in with your Telavox credentials, you can also log in with Google or Microsoft with one click via SSO. If you are a new user, it is important that you have verified your email address. Check your inbox for a verification email from Telavox.

To call

Both landline and mobile users can make outgoing calls via the Telavox mobile app, but please note that incoming calls are not answered via or with the app. Incoming calls are sent to your phone as a regular call.

If you have a mobile license (Mobile license) the call will go to your Telavox SIM card. If you have a fixed license (Fixed license) mobile calls will be sent to the mobile number linked to your account.

Ringing methods

Dialing methods are primarily useful for fixed users as they cannot use a Telavox SIM card in their mobile phone. Dialing methods allow these users to make outgoing calls via the Telavox app and select caller ID without having a Telavox SIM card in their phone.

Mobile users can choose their caller ID when calling directly from their mobile phone due to their Telavox SIM card.

The different ringing methods are:

Call directly

Make an outgoing call directly from your mobile phone, using the SIM card in the phone itself. For a fixed user, this means that the call is made from your private mobile number and SIM card.

Call me

The app calls the switchboard, which calls your mobile. When this call is answered, the switchboard dials the selected number. For a fixed user, this means that you can make outgoing calls with a phone that does not use a Telavox SIM card, while still being able to display your company number when making the call.

Call via the switchboard

The mobile phone calls the switchboard, which in turn calls the selected number. ( NOTE: This method generates call costs because the switchboard does not have a flat rate for outgoing calls.)

VoIP

The call is made over the internet. This option requires a relatively good internet connection. If you are abroad and are connected to WiFi, this is a very cheap option as the call rate will be the same as if you were within Sweden's borders.

To set a ringing method as the default, navigate to Settings > General > Ringing Method and select the desired method.

The recommended dialing methods for a fixed user (Fixed) are Call me and VoIP.

Keep in mind that both Fixed and Mobile licenses have 3,000 external calling minutes.
