Edit settings on behalf of a user

Editing user settings in the Web, Desktop and Mobile app

As an Administrator, you can easily edit user settings in the Admin portal but now you can edit user settings in the Web, Desktop and Mobile app as well.

  1. Log in to the Web, Desktop or Mobile app.
  2. Navigate to Contacts.
  3. Hover over the contact’s name and click on the three dots (⋮) and click on Edit user settings.
  4. Alternatively, click directly on the contact’s name to open their profile. Then, go to the Settings panel in the upper-right corner and click Edit user settings.
  5. A new window will appear (as shown in the image below), allowing you to make changes to the user’s settings.

You can always access and edit user settings from the Admin portal whenever needed.
