Which Samsung models support Dual eSIM with Telavox services?

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is the first from Samsung to support dual eSIM, allowing for two active eSIM profiles at the same time. This feature is particularly useful for combining personal and work numbers in one device.

Does iPhone support Dual eSIM with Telavox?

Yes, iPhone 13 and newer models (including iPhone 14 and 15) support dual eSIM, making it easy to manage multiple numbers without a physical SIM card.

How do I activate dual eSIM on an iPhone?

To get your new eSIM up and running and replace your current Telavox eSIM, you need to deactivate your old eSIM:

  1. Go to Settings on your phone. 
  2. Select Mobile networks.
  3. Under Mobile Networks, click your new eSIM, usually called Primary

  1. Here you deactivate your eSIM by unchecking “Activate this line” Or click on Delete eSIM at the bottom, you can delete your eSIM, that is the best thing to do. 
  2. When your eSIM is inactive, it looks like this. 

Now that your old eSIM is inactive, you should activate your new eSIM. Go to the SMS from Telavox and click on the link to download your eSIM.

Set Telavox eSIM as primary

After you have activated VoLTE and 5G, you need to set your Telavox eSIM as Primary eSIM.

  1. Go to Settings on your phone.
  2. Select Mobile networks.
  3. Under SIM card, select your Telavox eSIM.
  4. Then click on Mobile subscription label.
  5. Then select the Primary label.

What are the benefits of Dual eSIM with Telavox?

Dual SIM cards with an eSIM and a plastic SIM

  1. Leave your plastic SIM card in place (if that's the one you're using from another operator).
  2. Then delete your current Telavox eSIM in the same way as above.
  3. Then go to the SMS from Telavox and download your new eSIM.

How do I activate eSIM with Telavox?

Contact your Administrator for an activation code or order and activate eSIM via your Softphone:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Mobile.
  3. Then click on Main Card.
  4. Navigate to SIM card details to order eSIM.
