Shortcuts for the Telavox softphone

It is possible to use keyboard shortcuts to do specific actions in the Telavox softphone. Below, we have gathered the shortcuts for Windows and Mac.
 

Windows

If you press CTRL + F you focus on the search field (specifically used in the Contacts tab).
 
While in a call, if you click on a colleague or use the arrow up or arrow down button to navigate between them. If you want to transfer a call to a certain colleague, you can use the following shortcuts:
 
CTRL + A: Attended transfer to their landline number.
CTRL + SHIFT + A: Attended transfer to their mobile number.
CTRL + B: Blind transfer to their landline number.
CTRL + SHIFT + B: Blind transfer to their mobile number.
 
While on a call, you can also right-click on the contact to find the shortcuts.
 
There is also a shortcut for answering and hanging up. This shortcut is CTRL + SHIFT + SPACE. Keep in mind that this shortcut needs to be activated to work. This is done via Options > Enable keyboard shortcuts.
