How to update your technical contact

Telavox sends important account information, as well as product and feature updates, via email to the technical contact of your Telavox environment. To see and change this recipient, go to the Admin portal > About [your company].

In this view, you can see your technical contact under Technical contact person. If you want to change this, simply click the pen icon and add the new details.
