How to manage Licenses in the Admin portal
In the Admin portal, you can manage all your Licenses. For example, you can buy new ones, upgrade existing ones and cancel them.
Below is a list of all features under Licenses and their descriptions:
- View and manage all your licenses from the Licenses tab.
- To purchase new licenses, click the plussign (+) next to New Licenses.
- In the left-side menu panel, under User Licenses, you can view and manage all of your licenses.
- Under PBX Services, you can upgrade or downgrade your PBX license.
- Track is the main name for the licenses.
- All the licenses included in this Track.
- Click Compare to get an overview of all capabilities included in each licenses.
- Click the plus sign (+) to purchase new licenses.

Upgrade licenses, for example, to extend their binding period. Cancel licenses if they are unbound.
