Fanvil X-Series

Fanvil X1SG

This model is automatically provisioned towards Telavox, which means that no manual configuration is required. This hardware only needs power and a network connection to work properly with the Telavox telephony (provided it is connected to a user/extension).

Provisioning parameters that are supported are: 

  • Automatic Firmware Upgrade
  • Call functionality 
  • MWI (Message Waiting Indicator)
  • BLF (Busy Lamp Field)
  • Timezone 
  • Language
 
 

Fanvil X3SG

 

This model is automatically provisioned towards Telavox, which means that no manual configuration is required. This hardware only needs power and a network connection to work properly with the Telavox telephony (provided it is connected to a user/extension).

NOTE: There is an issue with this model if it has been produced before 03/01/2023
If your device has firmware 2.12.16.4 or lower, you will have to upgrade it first manually to an “intermediate” firmware and then you will be able to use it
