With the node you can freely update the content of the message with just a click to make sure that the message is relevant to your customers needs.

Installation guide

  1. Go to App Directory
  2. Search for "Send SMS PBX node”.
  3. Click on Add.
  4. When the integration is installed > go to the PBX Services tab.
  5. Select the IVR you want to enable the functionality for.
  6. Click on one of your touch tone options in your IVR.
  7. Under Choose an event > scroll down to Advanced
  8. Under Advanced, add the option Send SMS. "Send an SMS message to the number the call was made from, or a custom number inputted by the caller". 
  9. Sender ID: this is the name that will be shown to the receiver.        
  10. Message: write your personal message here that should be sent to the receiver.
  11. Spoken language: the language the default instructions read to the caller will be played in (the sms it self is not translated).
  12. Under Instructions read to the caller add the sounds you want the customer to hear when calling in. 
  13. Don't forget to choose the Country code for validation
