Editing user settings in the Web, Desktop and Mobile app

As an Administrator, you can easily edit user settings in the Admin portal but now you can edit user settings in the Web, Desktop and Mobile app.

The Web & Desktop app

  1. Log in to the Web or Desktop app.
  2. Navigate to Contacts.
  3. Hover over the contact’s name and click on the three dots (⋮) and click on Edit user settings.
  4. Alternatively, click directly on the contact’s name to open their profile. Then, go to the Settingspanel in the upper-right corner and click Edit user settings.
  5. A new window will appear (as shown in the image below), allowing you to make changes to the user’s settings.

You can always access and edit user settings from the Admin portal whenever needed.

  1. Log in to the Mobile app.
  2. Navigate to Contacts.
  3. Click on the contact you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the three dots (⋮) in the upper right corner and then click on Settings.
  5. A new window will appear (as shown in the image below), allowing you to make changes to the user’s settings.

You can always access and edit user settings from the Admin portal whenever needed.
