Consent & Tracking Preferences
What is the new consent screen?
When you open the app for the first time or after a reset you will be prompted to choose your data and tracking preferences before using the app.
What data is always collected?
Some data is strictly necessary for the service to work such as keeping you signed in and enabling calls, messages, and meetings. This is always collected regardless of your consent choices, and is clearly labelled in the app.
Why has this been introduced?
French data protection law (CNIL) requires users to give explicit consent before diagnostic or analytics data is collected. This also aligns with GDPR obligations across the EU, ensuring your data rights are respected no matter where you are.
Is this available to all users?
Yes - this applies to all users across all markets. Support for web and desktop is coming soon.
What choices do I have?
You have three options:
Accept all - enables all diagnostic data collection
Reject all - only data strictly necessary to run the service is collected
Customise by purpose - lets you choose individually between product analytics, error monitoring, and behavioural & performance data
Can I change my preferences later?
Yes - you can update your choices at any time:

- Log in to the Mobile app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on General.
- Select Tracking Preferences.
The mobile app - iOS
To update your preferences, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Mobile app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on General.
- Select Privacy.
