In which countries does Telavox offer eSIM?

Telavox supports and offers eSIM for mobile users in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. We are investigating solutions for other countries.

Which devices support Telavox eSIM?

Telavox eSIM is supported by the latest generation of smartphones. Please contact your phone manufacturer for more information on eSIM support.

Telavox eSIM does not currently support smartwatches.

Can I use two eSIM cards in the same phone?

Most smartphone models only support one active eSIM. This means that if you already have an active eSIM from another carrier, you cannot use a Telavox eSIM at the same time.

Why doesn't Telavox support eSIM for Apple Watch?

In order to provide eSIM to Apple Watch, we need to access the technical documentation from Apple that enables communication with the smartwatch. Apple requires all eSIM providers to be certified Apple partners and at this time, Apple is not accepting new members to its partner program.

We are monitoring the situation and are eager to provide eSIM support for smartwatches as soon as possible.
