Roaming and Surfing Abroad, What Applies?

Within the EU / EEA

When you are in the EU / EEA and you surf, call, text and MMS you have the same cost as you would at home in Sweden. Contact your Advisor for more information.

EU / EEA Countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus *, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Saint Martin (French), San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Vatican City, Austria.

* Make sure you are connected to a Cypriot operator and not a Turkish. You will be charged if you are connected to a Turkish operator and are using surf or calling. This is because Turkey is not a member of the EU / EEA.

Outside the EU / EEA

When you use your phone for mobile surfing abroad, there is an automatic lock that turns on when you have spent 50 € (excluding VAT). You automatically receive a text message notifying you at 80% consumption and at 95% consumption. If you wish to remove this lock, you can ask an administrator at your company.
