With incoming calls you can transfer the caller in two ways. if it is to a colleague or one of your external contacts, you can right-click on their name in Desktop and choose transfer call. This provides the alternatives directly and notification.
If you choose directly, the call is immediately transferred and you become available again. If you instead choose notification, you call the required extension. This allows you to first talk with the intended recipient in order to state that you want to transfer a call. To complete the transfer, select complete. If you do not get an answer or if the person you call cannot currently take the incoming call, you can return to the caller by clicking on cancel.
