1. This provides information about currently queued callers. The upper part shows who is next in line. You can see who is calling, who or what is sought and in which queue you currently are in. The lower part shows other callers in the queue. If one wants to manually prioritise a caller further back in the queue, simply right-click on a number and choose to pick up the call.
2. This field is used to handle all your currently active calls. You can use the keyboard and/or mouse to park calls, switch between calls and connect the various parties.
3. The lower part of Operator includes your address book, with the option of searching among colleagues and external contacts. In the search bar, it is possible to view everything that users have filled in on their contact cards, such as name, phone number, department, title and specific keywords. You can choose yourself which columns of information you want to display, and in which order they appear. The contact card of the selected extension is shown on the right. You can adjust the information directly here. You can also view your colleagues' calendars and change their active profile.
