How do I activate VoLTE on my Android phone?
Make sure that you have the latest software version, then VoLTE is automatically activated when you have 5G.
For VoLTE to work in a Samsung phone, you need to install One UI 6.1 or its later version. If you have an Android phone which is not Samsung, you need the latest version of Android (Android 16 or newer).
Update to One UI 6.1
Your Internet and MMS-settings are set up automatically if are using One UI 6.1 or its later version.
Follow the below steps to update your mobile phone One UI 6.1:
- Go to Settings in your phone
- Select Software update
- Click on Get and install
- Click then on Get
- When the update is done, it should look something like this:
Call waiting
To get full call waiting functionality you'll need to activate it in the Telavox app on your phone. This is done in the Telavox app below Settings > General > Call waiting.
If you do not want any call waiting functionality at all, make sure to disable it on both your phone and in the Telavox app. To disable it on your phone navigate to call waiting in your settings.
If you have a hard time finding call waiting in your settings you can also deactivate it by calling #43# from your phone.
How do I activate WiFi-calling?
- Open the Settings app and choose Connections
- Turn on Wi-Fi Calling
