Mobminder Integration

1. Requirements for the integration

The user needs to be logged in the Telavox desktop / webapp and the Mobminder webapp at the same time on the same computer.


2. Features provided by the integration

  • When an operator takes a call, the calendar of the appropriate agenda opens up on their screen
  • When the calling number is recognized by Mobminder, the customer/patient file is preselected on the calendar


3. Telavox admin configuration

3.1 Create the widget

Before proceeding, a call widget must be created. Call widgets are managed directly in the Admin portal under Users > Call Widgets > Manage call widgets > Create new call widget.

1. First we need to enter a name for the call widget

2. Next go to the section Header settings and enter the following information in there:

Title: Open Mobapp
Action label: be.mobminder.com
Action URL: https://be.mobminder.com?calledid={B-NUMBER}&callerid={NUMBER}
autorun URL: On answer (A dynamic URL will then be opened automatically when a call is answered)

3. When everything is done, click on Create Widget

3.2. Assign the widget

Link the call widget for the wanted users in the Admin portal by going to Users > Call Widgets > select user(s) > add widget > select the Mobapp created widget.

4. Setup in Mobminder

To match the user with the appropriate agenda, you must set up the phone number in Settings & Preferences > Communications > Call center phone.
