Integration features

Complete control of the PBX

Manage queues and set up call redirection. Set callerID, incoming call routing, recordings, sounds, voicemails, opening hours and more. All within Microsoft Teams. Log in and out of your huntgroups, see stats, monitor incoming live calls to your team, and much much more.

Make and receive calls in Teams

Make and receive calls and use Teams to control call handling such as transferring and receiving calls to your fixed number.

Please note: If you prefer to use Teams' native telephony feature for Telavox calls, the Microsoft Teams add-on is required.

Manage numbers and profiles

You can control caller ID masking within Teams, meaning that you decide which number to display when calling (fixed office number, mobile number or company PBX number). Users can control their profiles directly within Teams, access incoming call lists, recordings, look-up, and voicemails.
