Is there a possibility to connect both a regular WhatsApp account and a Business WhatsApp account to Tickets?
A regular WhatsApp account will not be accepted. We have only developed WhatsApp Business, so if you are connected on regular WhatsApp, it will not work because we only accept WhatsApp Business.
Will the previous data on the account appear in Tickets once the WhatsApp account is connected to Tickets?
Only new conversations created while using Tickets will appear.
We do not have access to old data, for e.g. content and contacts or old conversations, that is to say that even if you connect your landline number that may be connected to the WhatsApp Business account, the old conversations with your contacts will not appear in Tickets.
Can you connect more than one Whatsapp account to the same queue?
Yes, this is possible. If you have more than one account that needs to be connected to the same queue, it is possible to set it up. On the other hand, an account can not be connected to many different queues.
Are there any additional costs associated with using the WhatsApp integration in the Tickets platform?
There are two costs, cost by META and cost by Telavox. The cost by META is 0,0385 EUR per conversation. Each conversation is valid for only 24h, meaning if an issue with a customer is not solved before 24h, a new cost will apply to the same issue/conversation. This cost will be covered by the end customer as when setting up the WhatsApp account, META will require customers payment details. NOTE: Meta provides 1000 free messages every month to each customer, meaning that the cost of 0,0385 EUR will start after reaching the threshold of 1000 messages. Besides the standard META cost, Telavox will have an additional fee for the channel itself.
