1. How do I configure the AI service to suit my business' specific needs?
You can customize the AI service by uploading information and answers to common questions specific to your business. We will help you set it up

2. What types of questions can the AI service handle automatically, and which require human intervention?
The AI service can automatically handle all questions that are in your FAQ or support material. For more complex questions or when the AI lacks sufficient information, the call will be forwarded to a human colleague.

3. How many calls can it handle simultaneously?
There is no limit of how many calls it can handle at the same time. 

4. Can i listen to the calls that the agent has?
Yes, via Telavox admin portal in the Recorded calls section. 

5. Can the AI service integrate with our existing systems, such as CRM and calendar programs?
Yes, the AI service can integrate with Muntra, Easytable and Bokabord, out of the box, more will come. 

6. What should I do if the AI service does not work as expected or provides incorrect answers?
If the AI service does not work as expected, first check the configuration and uploaded information. If the issue persists, contact our support for assistance.

7. How do I train the AI service to improve its response quality and accuracy?
You can improve the AI service's response quality by regularly updating its database (FAQ) with current and relevant answers and by analyzing and adjusting its responses based on user feedback. We can also edit the prompt. 

8. Can the AI service handle multiple languages, and how do I set this up?
Yes, the AI service can handle multiple languages. 

9. What type of support do you offer if I encounter technical issues with the AI service?
We offer technical support via phone, email, and chat to assist you with any issues you may encounter with the AI service by contacting our support.

10. How can I measure and monitor the AI service's performance and efficiency in real-time?
You can monitor the AI service's performance in our AI statistics tool. 

11. What is the delivery time of a AI agent?
Standard time are 10 working days, but it depends on the complexity of the setup.
