Port number & Port number series (Partner user)

To manage phone numbers and number series, go to the Phone Numbers tab. Here, you can view all existing phone numbers in your environment, purchase new numbers and port existing ones.

The Overview Help tab provides a comprehensive view of your numbers, including current totals and porting statuses. Additionally, this section offers guides on purchasing new numbers and porting existing ones.
Current numbers displays all numbers currently available in your environment, including number series, numbers assigned to users or PBX services and available free numbers.
Under Portings you can view all ongoing and completed portings.

How do I port a single phone number?

  1. Click the plus sign.
  2. Select Port number.
  3. Enter the required information, such as the phone number and the Organizational number.
  4. Choose when the telephony transfer should occur.
  5. Under Hold on portings you can choose to not send the porting right away.
  6. Click Save.

Port number series (Partner user)

How do I port a number series?

  1. Click the plus sign.
  2. Select Port number series.
  3. Enter the required information, such as the number series first and last number and the Organizational number.
  4. Choose when the telephony transfer should occur.
  5. Under Hold on portings you can choose to not send the porting right away.
  6. Click Save.

Checking Porting Statuses

To track the progress of your number porting requests, navigate to the Portings tab. Here, you will find a overview of all statuses, including:

  • To Send: Requests waiting for submission.

  • Ongoing: Portings currently in process.

  • Denied: Requests that could not be fulfilled.

  • Completed: Portings that have been successfully finished.
