Activate Mobile Surfing with MMS and APN Settings

To allow for mobile surfing and MMS to work on your Telavox mobile, you will need to adjust your APN settings. They should be set to (for mobile data) and (for MMS) no matter which of our surf packages you use. This can be done in slightly different ways depending on the type of mobile you have. 

Guide for iPhone

To access the phone's settings

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on Mobile data
  • Click on Mobile data network

Note: This may differ depending on the version of your phone.

Guide for Android

To access your phone settings

  • Click More (found under "Wireless and Networking")
  • Click on Mobile networks
  • Click Access Point Name (APN)
  • Click the + icon
